This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for the services we offer. 1. Cancellation of Services
1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Uvisoft at least 7 Days prior to the commencement of the service.
- If the cancellation is made after the service has begun, the client will be responsible for paying any charges incurred up until the time of cancellation, as outlined in the specific service agreement.
1.2 Uvisoft-Initiated Cancellations:
- Uvisoft reserves the right to cancel any service at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, non-compliance, or any breach of the terms agreed upon.
- In such cases, the client will be entitled to a refund for any unfulfilled portion of the service, as per our refund policy below.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds may be issued only in cases where Uvisoft fails to deliver the service as promised due to internal issues.
- Refunds are not applicable once the project or service has been completed, delivered, and accepted by the client.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services:
- Payments made for services such as digital marketing, branding solutions, web design, software and VR/AR solutions are non-refundable once work has commenced or if the deliverables have been provided.
- Any advance payment or deposit collected is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
2.3 Refund Process:
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified. Uvisoft reserves the right to withhold any costs incurred during the course of providing the service.
3. Modifications and Termination of Services
3.1 Service Modifications:
- If a client requests changes or modifications to a service, Uvisoft reserves the right to charge for the additional work. Any modifications requested after project approval may affect the delivery timeline and cost.
3.2 Service Termination:
- Uvisoft reserves the right to terminate any service agreement at any time if the client fails to meet their obligations or violates any part of the terms and conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
4. Force Majeure
Uvisoft is not responsible for delays or failures in providing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures. In such cases, refunds will not be applicable, but Uvisoft will make every effort to complete the services once the circumstances have been resolved.
